  • Week 1 – May 30, 2017 – Non-violence: Facing the Shadow from the Past
  • Week 2 – June 6, 2017 – Truthfulness, Proper Speech and Inner Dialogue
  • Week 3 – June 13, 2017 – Non-Stealing Listening to Emotion
  • Week 4 – June 20, 2017 – Tame the Control Freak Tendency
  • Week 5 – June 27, 2017 – Non-Greed Desire
  • Week 6 – July 4, 2017 – Purity: Balancing Effort and Non attachment
  • Week 7 – July 25, 2017 – Contentment: Human Being vs Human Doing
  • Week 8 – Aug. 1st, 2017 Discipline and Home Practice
  • Week 9 – Aug. 8, 2017 Self-Study and Future Vision and Patience
  • Week 10 – Aug. 15, 2017 Surrender to a Higher Reality/Beginner's Mind

Note that there is a 2 week break during the month of July
