Sarah Ciszkowski

Yoga has been a regular part of Sarah’s life for over 10 years. She first started practicing for flexibility and strength and was able to also find relaxation and bliss along the way. Sarah embodies a healthy and active lifestyle; along with being Yoga Certified, she is also a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and works full time in Natural Health.
