Debbie Grimm has been teaching yoga since 2015. She received her 200 hour Hatha Yoga training with Welkin Yoga Life in Brantford and another 200 hour Anusara style training with Anjeli Yoga in Mississauga. Since yoga became part of her life, it has helped her grow stronger mentally and physically, and to become more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Debbie is truly grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her and has been inspired to live each moment more mindfully.
She has a keen interest in the different styles and benefits that yoga practices have to offer. In her classes, she likes to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help deepen your practice. She is eager to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga and proper nutrition. After taking Debbie’s class, it is her hope that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced :)
