All of the traditional mind/body/spirit benefits of Classical yoga, with the aid of a chair. In this mat-free class, the chair will be used as a seat, and as a prop to assist with some standing poses. However, all asanas will be modified as required to meet your individual abilities and needs. Perfect for seniors, people with mobility challenges, and/or anyone seeking to develop a yoga practice that is suitable for the office.
